Dan’s practice focuses on representing corporate fiduciaries and individuals in complex trust and estate litigation, and representing owners in family business and closely-held business disputes.  Prior to joining Levin Schreder & Carey, Dan completed a post-graduate fellowship with the Center for Disability and Elder Law, clerked for the Michigan Supreme Court, and was an associate at Young & Associates.
