• OVERVIEW

    Elizabeth concentrates her practice on estate, trust and family business disputes.  She works with trustees, trust beneficiaries, and heirs regarding probate court matters, trust administration and asset distribution. She regularly represents individual beneficiaries, trustees and corporate fiduciaries in trust or estate related litigation including breach of fiduciary duty claims, will and trust contests, will and trust construction issues and family business controversies.   Elizabeth was recognized as a Rising Star in Estate and Trust Litigation by Super Lawyers Magazine and as an Emerging Leader in Trust, Will and Estate Planning Law by Leading Lawyers.  Prior to joining Levin Schreder & Carey, Elizabeth was a partner at Ice Miller.
